The Flood is a short essay film narrating the despondent dwellings of Hatem - based on a research with a real person -
a man who used his small boat to transport people from shore to cargo ships in order to escape Lebanon.
Secrecy molds the morbid drifting of Hatem, a man who works in privacy and lives his life accordingly. He hides more
than he tells, clouding himself in a reclusive state of seclusion and indignation.
